A Subsidy Health and Safety inspections was conducted on 10/08/2019 from 9:15 A.M. to 1:30P.M. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of the inspection 16 children were in care with three staff and one administrator present. Five children records, four staff records, six injury reports, emergency plan, evacuation drills, first aid kits, emergency supplies, asbestos management plan, asbestos inspection record, health inspection, fire inspection, playground, and posted required information was reviewed. Children were observed during outdoor play, behavioral guidance, story time, handwashing, lunchtime, diapering, and naptime. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
