An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, 10/8/19. Upon arrival to the center the children were cleaning up from lunch. Tables were washed and sanitized, hands washed and the children prepared for nap. Nap was and snack was also observed during the inspection. A review of children's records was conducted.
There are 18 children in care with two classroom staff and one family advocate present. On 9/26/19 the LI observed the new playground to ensure it met standards.

Evidence:
1. Child # 1 did not have proof of identification and birth in the file.Plan of Correction: The center staff will ensure that the appropriate proof of identification or birth is obtained by the parents within the set time frame.
