An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 10/11/19. Upon arrival to the center Classroom 2 was at the local library and Classroom 1 was eating breakfast.
Classroom 2 returned and had lunch and then prepared to go to the local park. Classroom 1 had center play and read books. Tables were sanitized and hands washed during this inspection. Children and staff records reviewed for compliance.
Class 1 has 10 children with three staff, Class 2 has 8 children with three staff.
