Discussed the location of the board, which contains documentation relevant to the program.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed today. The physical plant, 5 children's files, children's activities, emergency procedures, emergency drills and supplies were inspected between 3:00-3:50pm. There were 29 children under the supervision of 2 staff. During the inspection, children were observed coloring pictures, watching a video and playing games on their laptops in the cafeteria. The interactions between the children and staff were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children were served scooby doo graham crackers and milk for snack. There are no medications on site at this time. Staff files are not reviewed on site, but during an annual administrative file review.
