Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on October 10, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection was from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On this date, there were 17 children present in one group and in the care of two staff members. There were 44 children enrolled in the center. Two staff members' records and five children's records were reviewed and the program was observed. Two staff members and four children were interviewed. There were no medications being administered.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
