Comments:
Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced monitoring inspection conducted today, October 10, 2019. The on-site inspection was conducted from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On this date, there were 17 children in one group and in the care of two staff members. The total enrollment for the program was 44 children. Two staff members' records and five children's records were reviewed. The medication and medication paperwork were reviewed for one child. Two staff members and five children were interviewed. There were no violations of the licensing standard observed during the inspection. Snack consisted of a goldfish crackers and juice. Some items observed and reviewed during the inspection included first aid supplies, emergency supplies, current health and fire inspections, documentation of evacuation, shelter-in-place and lockdown drills, required posted information, outdoor play, hand washing and bathroom procedures, snack, transitions, homework time, zumba dancing class in the gym, and dismissal procedures.
