In the pre-k classroom, one of the cots is caved in, causing it to touch the floor when a resting child is on it. 3. In the pre-k room, a couch has severe tears causing it to be absorbent. 4. On the playground, the surrounding fence has sharp links at the top, and disrepair in several places creating space for a child to slip through at the bottom. 5. On the playground, there is a timber tie piece of wood with a stake approximately 1 inch in length protruding out. 6. On the playground there is a bolt missing from the motorcycle bouncy equipment. 7. On the playground equipment, there is extensive rust on the steps.
