A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/8/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 55 school to school aged children in care with 5 staff members. Children were observed participating in games, homework, snack and departure. A sample of 6 children's records and 6 staff records were reviewed. Medications were viewed during this visit. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Areas of noncompliance are detailed on the violation notice and were discussed with the Director at the conclusion of this inspection.
