An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 7:45am-9:10am. There were 30 children at the start of the inspection, 18 more arrived throughout the morning, for a total of 48 children with 4 staff members. A complete inspection of the facility was conducted. A sample size of 5 children's records, 4 staff records, emergency materials, evacuation drills, the first aid kit, and one emergency medication were reviewed. The children were observed having a pool tournament, coloring fall pictures, building with Legos, playing board games, and singing songs.
