A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on October 2, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Three staff were present with eight children. Five children's records and four staff records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
