An unannounced monitoring inspection took place today, October 16, 2019, beginning at 8:45 AM and ending at 11:30 AM. There were 35 children in care today with four staff providing care and supervision and one additional staff in the office. There were three medications reviewed during this inspection. All areas that are used for care were inspected, as were five children's records and all staff records, at a separate site, on October 7, 2019. The inspector looked at first aid and emergency supplies, drill documentation, and required health and fire inspections. The children were observed during the following activities: breakfast, clean-up after breakfast, dancing and exercise, reciting the days of the week and the alphabet, and free play. There were discussions about emergency supplies and contact information. There were no violations during this inspection.
