Technical assistance was provided regarding children's records.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 7:20am-8:10am. There were 17 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, programming, menus, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Both staff present are current in Medication Administration Training (MAT) and CPR/First Aid certification. Children were observed participating in table top activities including playing with blocks, coloring, and playing board games and preparing for breakfast. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. The center was clean and organized. No violations were found during today's inspection.
