Discussion was held on the topics of current enrollment, current staffing, and training obtained by on site staff.
- Comments:

The following inspection took place between the hours of 3:30 pm through 5 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the YMCA after-school program held on site at Cool Spring Elementary located in Leesburg, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 29 children observed with 3 staff; good ratio for this one group. A total of 5 children?s files were reviewed. Staff files shall be reviewed on a later date. The children were engaged in the following: large motor skilled activities in the gym, bathroom break, hand washing, games, snack, home work time, and other organized activities.
