An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 9/03/2019 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 9/2/2019. Observations were conducted through out the building in response to the allegation of areas and equipment. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so that complaint is determined to be "not valid" There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
