A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 10/17/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.This facility is currently on a probationary status.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. All rooms are in ratio during the inspection. 2 staff and 5 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Children were observed washing hands, eating snack, playing with toys and during diapering. Medications, emergency supplies, first aid supplies and menus are all in compliance. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
