An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted after school today. There are 4 staff with 35 children. 4 staff records were reviewed for specific items only. The full record is reviewed at the main office at another time. 3 children's records were reviewed, all were complete. Children were observed washing hands, eating snack, playing in the gym and participating in child driven activities. Medications, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, and snack menu are all in compliance. A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was also conducted today.
