During inspection inspector informed supervisor on site to be conduct drills during all shifts.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 3:10pm-5:00pm. There were 48 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 9 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play and playing outside. Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-550-D Description: Based on review of emergency drill documentation inspector was unable to determine that evacuation drills were conducted every month.
Evidence: During inspection there was not an evacuation drill documented for February 2019.Plan of Correction: We will continue to conduct and document drills monthly.
