Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approx. 3:15pm-4:30pm. There were 36 children (School Age ) directly supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, playing outside, and transitioning to and from inside. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
