An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today with the director, who was present with 52 children and 4 additional staff. Three allergy plans were reviewed today and the center is up to date on their lock down drill.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-520-B-11 Description: Based on a review of the allergy list and an interview with the director, it was determined that a child has a diagnosed food allergy but no allergy plan on site.
Evidence:
Child A has a diagnosed food allergy to peanuts and tree nuts but there was no allergy plan on file.Plan of Correction: We will get an allergy plan from a medical professional.
