Comments:
Health and Safety inspection was conducted from 3pm through 6:00pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 77 children in care with six staff. Children present ranged in age from 4 years to nine years old. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Description: Based on observation and interview the vendor failed to maintain, in a way that is accessible to all staff who work with children, a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. This list will be dated and kept confidential in each room or area where children are present.
Evidence:
1 - During the inspection on September 25, 2019, there was not an accessible, written list of children's allergies available to staff.
2 - Staff 1 confirmed that there was not a list of allergies accessible and written of children's allergies available to staff.

Plan of Correction: Center management will create and implement a written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions. The list will be dated and kept confidential in each room or area where children are present.
