63.2 Facilities & Programs.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 3:10pm - 5:10pm. There were 64 children directly supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Staff files were reviewed on an earlier date through the County of Loudoun Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services main office. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, doing crafts, playing outside, working on anti-bullying art activities and coloring Minecraft pictures, working on their homework, doing puzzles, painting masks, finishing their posted-notes murals, and coloring portraits that will be presented at their Lights-On Art Gallery. The cafeteria was found to be clean, safeguarded appropriately, and adequately supplied with equipment and supplies. There were no violations observed during today's inspection.
