Discussed with site Supervisor Auvi-Q training and medication authorizations.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 3:45pm - 5:30pm. There were 34 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Staff files were reviewed on an earlier date through the County of Loudoun Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services main office. Children were observed participating in group play, playing table games, working on their homework, playing with legos, coloring and playing organized games in the gym. The cafeteria was found to be clean, safeguarded appropriately, and adequately supplied with equipment and supplies. There were no violations observed during today's inspection.
