Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Thursday, October 24, 2019 between 3:00 pm until 4:30 pm to determine the program's compliance with licensing standards. The licensing inspector observed 14 children being supervised by 3 staff including the site supervisor. The program's theme for today was lights in after. During the inspection, the children were observed by the licensing inspector completing a variety of activities to include working in various centers completing projects, engaging in free play activities, completing bathroom breaks, participating in exercise activities, and practicing for upcoming community mile event.The licensing inspector observed the children transitioning into the program's from the school bus transportation. The licensing inspector also completed observations of the during parent pick up. The following information was reviewed: emergency supplies, menu, fire and shelter-in-place drills, and children's allergies. Medication is being administered, medications, and written authorizations were reviewed for the center's compliance. There were five children?s records and three of the staff's emergency contacts and required certificates of completion were reviewed during this inspection.
