A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 7:30am & 9:00am; there were 27 children with 4 staff members. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on the date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Staff #1 has an expired first aid certificate, 10/17/19.
