An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-11:30pm. There were 50 children supervised by 4 direct care staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, and eating snack. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
