An announced initial inspection was conducted on October 25 2019 between 10:00am and 11:45am. There were no children in care at the facility. The center is clean, organized, and offers age-appropriate materials for the children to utilize. Staffing records, the physical space, outdoor space, fire inspection, and zoning information was observed and inspected. Areas of non-compliance are listed on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-K Description: Based on record review, staff records did not have documentation that at least one staff on duty has obtained, within the last three years, instruction in preforming daily health observations of children.
