Technical Assistance:
Discussion on lead teacher requirements. The administrator reviewed lead teacher's education and experience background. The administrator agree to provide copy of lead teacher education background in the record.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today approximately from 9:30 am-11:55 am. There were 20 children supervised by 6 direct care staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging in playing with various age appropriate toys and group center time for counting and reading. Staff were observed to be engaged with children throughout the inspection. The playground and surfacing were inspected No violation were observed during the inspection.
