A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/28/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There was one child in care when the inspector arrived.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-650-E Description: Based on review of policies, the vendor failed to ensure that a plan was developed and implement a written policy and procedure that describes how the vendor will ensure that each group of children receives care by consistent staff or team of staff members. Plan of Correction: The director will develop a written plan and will sure that all staff are aware.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-770-B-5 Description: Based on review of policies and procedures, the vendor failed to ensure that all required policies and procedures were not developed.
1. The policy for continuity of operations procedures to ensure that essential functions are maintained during an emergency was not put into writing for all staff.
