Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced complaint inspection conducted on October 31, 2019. The inspection was held from 11:40 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. At the time of arrival there were five children in the care of two staff members. There were 16 children enrolled in the program. The inspection was in response to a complaint that was received in the Valley Licensing Office on October 21, 2019 and was regarding the Programs section of the licensing standards. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation and the complaint disposition was, therefore, "not valid." There were no violations of the licensing standards cited. Four staff members were interviewed and four staff records were reviewed.
