The inspector conducted an unannounced non-mandated inspection based on a self-reported incident received in this office 10/25/2019 concerning care of a child. Reports and video of the classroom was reviewed. Based on the evidence gathered, there is not a preponderance of evidence to substantiate the report. Please contact your inspector at 276-698-9981.
