Comments:
The following inspection took place between the hours of 2 pm through 3:30 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the County After-School Activities (CASA) program located on site at Tolbert Elementary school in Leesburg, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 22 children observed with 3 staff; good ratio for this one group of children. A total of 5 children?s were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: a fall festival party, games, bathroom break, hand washing, snack, homework time, large motor skills in the gym, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call or send an e-mail to charles.perkins@dss.virginia.gov. Thank you.

Charlie Perkins,
Licensing Inspector
