A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted today, 11/4/19. There were 16 children present with 2 staff. Children were observed reading, building with colored magnetic shapes, coloring, making construction paper houses, making rainbow loops, and learning to crochet. Reviewed 3 children's files, 2 staff files, attendance, emergency evacuation log and plan, medications and authorizations and physical plant. Evidence:
Child#1 and Child#2 were missing documentation that the file had been updated for the new year. Last update for both records was 8/28/18.Plan of Correction: I will have them update the information the next time they come in.
