An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 2 staff with 39 children preset. Today is a teacher work day for Fairfax County schools. 3 staff records were reviewed for specific items only, as the full record is reviewed at another time at the main office. 3 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Medications, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, and injury reports are all in compliance. The playground was not in use during today's inspection. The children were observed hosting a soup tasting party with a local residents, washing hands and eating lunch. Half of the facility is on a field trip to play flag football. A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI)was also conducted today.

Evidence:
At LI arrival (approximately 12:15 PM) there are 2 staff present with 39 children.Plan of Correction: I will call my regional supervisor to let them know additional children came and we need more staff.
