A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/4/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 2 staff with 39 children preset. Today is a teacher work day for Fairfax County schools. 3 staff records were reviewed for specific items only, as the full record is reviewed at another time at the main office. 3 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Medications, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, and injury reports are all in compliance. The playground was not in use during today's inspection. The children were observed hosting a soup tasting party with a local residents, washing hands and eating lunch. Half of the facility is on a field trip to play flag football. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Evidence:
Staff #1 had no certificate available for review to show they are current in CPR certification.Plan of Correction: I will print it on the computer to place in her file.
