An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. There were 17 children in care being supervised by 3 staff members. The children were observed participating in outdoor play, preparing for and eating lunch. Lunch served today is cheeseburger with lettuce, pickle, bun, french fries, apple and milk. Seven children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Two medications were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 10/04/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 09/24/2019.
