An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with a monitoring inspection from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. There were 18 children in care being supervised by 5 staff members. Seven children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Staff records were reviewed for completion of CPR, First Aid, and Virginia Pre-Service Training. An allergy list was reviewed for children with diagnosed food allergies. Allergy care plans were reviewed for children with diagnosed food allergies. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-520-B-11 Description: Based on review of the allergy list and children's records it was determined that not all children who had diagnosed food allergies had an allergy care plan on file. Evidence: Child A and child B was documented on the allergy list as having a diagnosed food allergy. There was no allergy care plan on file for child A or child B. Plan of Correction: Administration will request an allergy care plan from the parents of child A and child B.
