A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/05/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 56 children present with 4 staff. Children were observed playing bingo with a staff member, using their personal electronic devices and tablets, listening to music, reading, designing candles, playing table soccer, and playing with slime. Reviewed 4 staff files, 4 children's files, attendance, emergency evacuation log, and physical plant. There were no children with medications on site. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
