Comments:
An unannounced 2 month follow-up inspection (from the license issuance) was completed today. The physical plant, 5 children's files, staff training, child nutrition, children's activities, medications, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected between 3:50-4:30pm. There were 75 children under the supervision of 5 staff. During the inspection, children were observed reading books, working on homework, working on craft projects and playing outside on the playground area. The interactions between the children and staff were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children were served oatmeal s'mores bites and milk for snack. There are two staff currently certified in MAT (medication administration training). Staff files are not reviewed on site, but during an annual administrative file review.
