An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted to investigate allegations regarding the cleanliness and safety of the facility, supervision of the children, staff-to-child ratios, inadequate meals, and care, protection, and guidance of the children in care. The investigation was conducted with the owner and director beginning at 9:15 AM and ending at 10:55 AM. Four staff interviews were conducted. Classroom observations and the facilities physical plant was inspected. Two staff records and attendance sheets were reviewed, It was determined that the complaint was not valid due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
