An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with center staff on November 4, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were 18 preschool children present with four staff actively supervising. The children were eating afternoon snacks brought from home, playing with blocks, engaging in group dance, and playing outside. Two emergency medications for one child were reviewed and are in compliance. Evacuation drills have been conducted monthly; the last shelter in place drill was conducted 8/15/2019. The last health inspection was conducted 9/19/2019. The last fire inspection was conducted 9/5/2019.
