A unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director and staff, 16 children were in care with an age range of five years to ten years old. Children were watching a movie in the art room. Five children's files and two staff were reviewed. Escape practices were conducted.The inspection time was 5:00 pm to 6:10pm

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-C Description: Based on review of children's medication not all had a physician long term authorization.
Evidence: Child A's medication (inhaler) did not have a long term authorization signed by a physician. The date on the parents authorization is dated 9/9/19.Plan of Correction: We will ask the parent for the missing information.
