An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:45 am - 12:45 pm with the center assistant director. There were 96 children, ranging from three years to five years of age, supervised by 15 staff. Children were observed participating in circle time activities, playing outside on the playground, washing hands and eating lunch which is brought from home. Ten children's records and five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The last fire drill was conducted: 10/21/19 and the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted: 11/12/19. Ten medications and authorization forms were reviewed and in compliance. 30 accident reports were reviewed and in compliance.
