An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 8:15am-9:15am. There were 36 children at the start of the inspection, more children arrived during the inspection for a total of 50 with 4 staff members. A sample size of 6 children's records, 4 staff records, 6 injury reports, 6 emergency medications, the first aid kit, emergency materials, and the physical plant were reviewed. The children were observed playing pool, coloring pictures, playing games, and packing up to be dismissed for school. If you have any questions, please contact me at shahana.green@dss.virginia.gov .
