Comments:
Health and Safety inspection was conducted from 11am through 4pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 19 children in care with three staff. Children present ranged in age from three to five years old. Children were observed in teacher and self-directed activities.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.

Description: Based on record review and interview the vendor failed to ensure that all staff who work directly with children have completed CPR and first aid training.
Evidence:
1 - Four out of seven staff records reviewed do not have current CPR and first aid..
a. Staff 2 has a documented date of hire as September 1, 1989.
b. Staff 3 has a documented date of hire as August 16, 2018.
c. Staff 4 has a documented date of hire as August, 2011.
d. Staff 5 has a documented date of hire as September 2010.

Plan of Correction: All staff will maintain required CPR and first aid training as required by the vendor agreement.
