Technical Assistance:
The required three hour Health and Safety update training was discussed with the program director.
The continuity of care plan was discussed with the program director.
A reminder regarding the timing of tuberculosis screenings was discussed.

Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/14/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at 11:55 AM and concluded the SHSI inspection at 1:15 PM. Nineteen children were in care. Five staff records and a sample size of five children's records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
