An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 3:09 PM and ending 4:00 PM. There were fifteen school-aged children in the care of two staff during the inspection. Children were observed entering the program from school and playing freeze dance. Six children's records and three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Three medication were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency preparedness plan was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency escape drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 11/6/19. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 9/23/19. The most recent health inspection was documented as 11/29/18. The most recent fire inspection was documented as 2/07/19.
