The inspector conducted unannounced mandated inspection from 4:15 until 5:30. There were 26 children in care, with 4 staff present and supervising at all times. Children were observed playing outside and inside, coloring, and being picked up by their parents. Five children's records were reviewed. Four staff records were reviewed at the main office on 11/01/2019. No medications are being administered. Please contact your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
