Discussed required information for emergency preparedness plan

Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/13/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of entrance, 23 children were in care with the director and 3 staff members present. Children were observed during naptime, handwashing, snack time, singing nursery rhymes, and coloring. A selection of 4 staff and 5 children records, the physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records, injury reports, medications and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
