An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between approximately 11:15am and 12:40pm. 34 children were directly supervised by 6 staff members. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 6 children's records, 3 staff records, evacuation drills, infant daily reports, injury reports, attendance and required posted documents were reviewed. Medications and medication procedures were in compliance. Children were observed playing on the playground and interacting in small group activities in the classroom. Lunch (spaghetti, salad, grapes and milk) was being prepared and cots were ready for nap. Age appropriate materials were available in each classroom. No violations were cited today.
