An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 11/18/2019. There were 26 children, ages 3 years-5 years, and 4 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's record, the on-site staff record requirements for 4 staff members and 4 medications during the inspection. Children were observed in the following activities: organized large motor play in the gym, during story time, during arts and crafts, during afternoon snack, and in free choice activities. The inspector reviewed the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed medication, children's allergies and subsidy with the staff.
